Our PreK - 10th grade school meets Mondays through Thursdays each week of the academic year, from 8:10 AM - 3:45 PM.
With our compact and integrated curriculum, we can provide a robust education in a shorter time span than standard schools. This then allows students the freedom of an extra day away from school, connecting with family, pursuing enrichment activities, or investing in school projects (students, especially in Upper School, will have homework to complete each week, and some choose to use their Fridays to accomplish much of that). A shorter school week also has an economic advantage for families.
At Telos Classical Christian School, we recognize that education is not a one-size-fits-all journey. Rather than following a traditional age-grade model, our students are part of learning cohorts—small, multi-age groups of students who progress together based on skill, mastery, and developmental readiness. This model allows us to cultivate a rich learning environment where each child is seen, known, and encouraged to flourish at their own pace.
At Telos, we are committed to reimagining education. We move beyond the idea of simply "covering" material and instead prioritize true mastery of concepts. Tests and quizzes are used as tools for learning—formative assessments that guide our teaching, ensuring every student has the opportunity to fully grasp and apply what they are learning.
